Vitalens Terms of Use.

By using Vitalens, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Vitalens Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• Vitalens provides AI-generated food identification and nutrition estimates for informational purposes only.
• Vitalens is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, allergy, diabetes, or diet-related decisions.
• Allergen detection is an estimate and should not be relied on as the only source for allergy safety.

When you enable AI features, food photos and related context may be sent to OpenAI to provide food recognition, nutrition estimates, and chat responses.

AI results may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting food names, serving sizes, ingredients, and nutrition values before relying on or logging a meal.

• Vitalens may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as Vitalens Premium and Vitalens Premium Annual. Subscription titles, periods, and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Any free trial or introductory offer is shown by Apple during the purchase flow if you are eligible.

Vitalens does not require account creation. Meal logs and settings are stored locally on your device unless an optional sync feature is introduced and enabled by you.

You can delete local Vitalens data from the app settings or by deleting the app.
