We collect only the information needed to operate OBVIOUS and generate your GenAI strategy brief.

• Business inputs you provide, such as service line, industry, operational pains, goals, and optional role context.
• Account information if you sign in, such as your email address from Google on web or Apple account identifier on iOS when enabled.
• Usage information needed to enforce free limits, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain the service.
• Payment and subscription status if you purchase through the iOS app. Apple processes payments, and we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

• To generate the requested GenAI opportunity brief and solution blueprint.
• To authenticate users, track free usage limits, and manage access to paid features.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve OBVIOUS.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service-related updates.

Your prompt inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your brief. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your brief inputs or generated outputs to train our own AI models.

OBVIOUS may rely on the following providers to deliver the service:

• Anthropic for AI generation.
• Vercel for web hosting and serverless infrastructure.
• Google for web sign-in where enabled.
• Apple for iOS sign-in, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and App Store distribution.
• Upstash or Vercel KV for usage-limit storage where configured.

We retain account and usage-limit records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Brief inputs and outputs are intended to be processed for delivery of the response and are not sold.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal and operational limits. You can manage iOS subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

OBVIOUS is designed for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
