For help with the OBVIOUS web app or iOS app, email hello@obvious-app.vercel.app. Include your device type, app version if available, and a short description of what happened.
Common Issues
- If generation fails, check your internet connection and try again after a minute.
- If you hit a free usage limit, sign in or upgrade if paid access is available in your version of the app.
- If the iOS app does not recognize a purchase, confirm you are signed into the Apple ID used for purchase and try Apple's Restore Purchases option if available.
- If sign-in fails, close and reopen the app, confirm network access, and try again.
Subscriptions and Refunds
iOS subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions, cancel renewal, or request refunds through your Apple ID or Apple's support channels. OBVIOUS does not receive your full payment card details.
