These terms govern your access to and use of OBVIOUS. AI, including the web app and iOS app.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OBVIOUS. AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What OBVIOUS Provides

OBVIOUS helps business users identify GenAI opportunities and generate strategy briefs, executive narratives, deployment ideas, and solution blueprints based on the inputs you provide.

Not Professional Advice

OBVIOUS provides AI-generated business strategy assistance for informational purposes only. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or making business decisions.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and business-appropriate inputs.
  • Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, personal, or proprietary information unless you have the right to do so.
  • Do not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, payment requirements, or access restrictions.

Accounts and Access

Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or limit access if we believe use of the service violates these terms or creates risk for OBVIOUS, users, or third parties.

Free Limits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

OBVIOUS may offer free usage limits and paid access. iOS subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, cancellation, and refund terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Intellectual Property

OBVIOUS, including its brand, interface, prompts, design, and underlying software, is owned by OBVIOUS. AI or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use generated outputs for your internal business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

Service Availability

We aim to keep OBVIOUS available, but the service may be interrupted, modified, rate-limited, or discontinued. AI providers, hosting providers, app stores, and network conditions can affect availability and performance.

Disclaimers

OBVIOUS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBVIOUS. AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OBVIOUS after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
